If you're looking for a great book to add to your writing library, consider purchasing Stiff by Mary Roach. While the content might seem a bit squeamish to the general public, this book is a must for writers of mystery and suspense.
Did you realize that by donating your body to science upon your demise, you may actually be donating body parts for use in various scientific or medical studies? (I imagined all sorts of horror/Stephen King-type stories from this chapter alone).
Have you ever considered the possibility of having your earthly remains used as compost instead of a traditional burial or cremation? Do some cultures actually eat cooked human flesh?
I'll say no more. Read the book. You won't be sorry.

Whoa! Sounds a mite on the grisly side--is it at the library?
Looking forward to Saturday.
Got WW magazine with your story. Congratulations--AGAIN. You're really burning up the pages. You go, girl.
Might be a bit over the top and too much info for me. I hear things in the night, you know! ha (Well, only when my husband is away.) Glad you're enjoying it, though.
Sounds like a good book.
I asked her husband,"where was Cindy buried ?" He replied,"she wasn't, she donated her body to science, so they could find out about the rare type of brain tumor that killed her."
I was shocked. I though, she was brave and good to do that, but knew I would never have made that choice.
